"I was introduced to Serene Yoga during a time of intense grief. I was invited by a friend, and after that first night, never stopped going. Yoga was just what I needed. I began to set apart time for yoga on a regular basis, protecting it as sacred. It was my time to reflect, center my thoughts on the positive, and have moments of mental and physical rest. Serene Yoga was instrumental in my process of healing, and has helped me be stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually. I have also gained life-long friends, encouragement, and deep connection to a small, inviting yoga community."

Improving Yourself

DSI embraces the essential elements of yoga: breath work, meditation and physical postures. In all of these elements, God is the focus of our intention and worship. There are other concepts and traditions that may be part of some yoga practices that are not typically a part of Serene yoga. We offer Help, Healing and Hope to slay the dragons in  life for such a time as this!

Our sessions are a Preventative for wellness  – health issues.  Simply a tool to prevent future anger, PTS outburst and gives a way out of the feeling in the stressful moment. These services will generate self-care and control over their own thoughts. Grounding yourself will help you focus and stay balanced in life. Bringing hope to all generations, building confidence in self-awareness and making good choices.
