Yoga and Mindfulness

Being centered is extremely good for the mind, body and spirit. We offer trauma-care yoga and mindfulness sessions. We will guide you through movement, meditation, mindfulness, and balancing postures, while focusing on breath work and relaxation for a better health.

Life Coaching

Do you have goals and aspirations that you are not sure you can reach? A life coach will help achieve goals and objectives in life. We will blast through blocks and fears together.
